Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy offers a unique type of touch with an appreciation of the body's ability to heal itself in order to safely resolve held experiences of trauma and stress that are locked in the body. Clients often experience more resilience, energy, calmness and mental clarity after a series of treatments.

Barbara (DOMP, RCST) has been working in the somatic therapy field for 30 years and combines her education & work experience as a Physiotherapist, a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and a Manual Osteopath to bring you a holistic approach to working with body, mind and spirit.

Her passion and specialty include Vagus Nerve Therapy, including visceral therapy ( eg. treating the digestive system), somatic integration and healing after all kind of trauma (eg. childhood, emotional, environmental, physical (eg. head trauma, accidents, etc.) anxiety, cranial imbalances and auto immune disorders.
